After receiving the wrong item, I’ve tried numerous times to get in communication to arrange a return, I finally got a qr code to send said return and the locker was too small for the parcel that I was returning in original box. After two emails asking for another return code as I had to take the parcel home and repackage it in a parcel envelope, I’ve been completely ignored and left with over £40 worth of items that are wrong 😑 terrible communication from a business that packages itself on good quality items. So disappointing
