Our standard UK delivery cost is £4.45 sent with Royal Mail 48 hour, aimed to be delivered in 2-3 working days.

Royal Mail Tracked 24

1-2 working day, delivery option is £5.45 with Royal Mail 24 hour.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

We are happy to offer International delivery. Please note it is the customers responsibility to cover any additional charges, including and not limited to duty fees, import taxes.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

When items are in stock we aim to despatch the order within 1-3 working days.

If you need an item by a specific date, please do let us know and we will do our best to ensure that you get it in good time.

DELIVERY DELAYS

Sadly deliveries don't always run on time and this is unfortunately out of our control. The delivery service you select is the guide provided by Royal Mail. As stated on the Royal Mail website:

(incl Royal Mail Tracked 24®, Royal Mail Tracked 48®, Royal Mail Tracked Returns)

• We aim to deliver Tracked 24® the next working day and Tracked 48® / Tracked Returns with 2-3 working days. (Please add an extra working day if there's a Redirection in place).
• If the item hasn't been delivered by the due date plus 7 working days the sender (Mouse in a box ) might be able to claim for compensation.
