We do hope that you love your products but if for any reason you are unhappy you can return unused items within 7 days for a refund. Postage will be at the customer's cost. Refunds are processed once the item has been received back to us, and please return the item with its original packaging.
When returning goods, we recommend using tracked registered post as we cannot be responsible for goods that do not reach us.
We do recommend that you check all items upon arrival. Due to the nature of the products, some variations occur. We check every single item before sending them to our customers to ensure that our products reach you in the best condition. We cannot refund used or customer damaged items with the exception of faulty goods.
In the rare event your item is faulty, please contact us immediately by sending across a photo of the faulty product. We will either refund you in full (cost of goods, postage costs and return postage) or replace the item, and refund your postage costs. If products are damaged during the course of delivery, proof of damaged packaging will be required. We cannot offer refunds on goods damaged in transit if photographic evidence of the packaging is not provided.
