I recently placed an order with mouse in a box but soon after realised I had forgotten something, I contacted them using the chat function and the item was added very quickly and efficiently with helpfulness and politeness throughout, amazing customer service!
This is my second order from Mouse in a Box and I’m honestly obsessed! 😍 They have so many gorgeous toys and accessories for my daughter, and I love that they always have the newest bits from all my favourite brands like Little Dutch, Maileg and Konges Sløjd.
Everything is always so lovely and it’s definitely one of those websites where I keep checking new in! Will 100% be ordering again. 💕
Perfect! Shipped very quickly, notified of shipping status, arrived well packaged and of good quality! Will definitely shop here again :)
Love this small business, such lovely items and wrapped beautifully. Highly recommend 🧡
