- Eligible Retailers: We can only match prices from other established UK retailers with a physical store or online presence.
- Product Match: The product must be identical in size, color, make, and model to the one offered on our website.
- Availability: The competing retailer must have the item in stock and offer delivery within our standard delivery timelines.
- Pre-Orders: Price matching is not available for pre-orders on out-of-stock items on our website.
- Advertised Price: We match the full advertised price offered to all customers, excluding personal discounts, reward points, or sale prices.
- Delivery Costs: We factor in delivery charges from both retailers when considering a price match.
