Dozy Dinkums can be posed in multiple sleeping positions with their head, arms, and legs connected to their body by an inner fabric tape.

Dozy Dinkums wear a non-removable cotton onesie with an embroidered rainbow on the heart area. The face has embroidered eyes and mouth with an oval-shaped nose. The small tuft of hair is made of polyester. The bodies are made of cotton. The inner filling contains polyester fibers and plastic pellets.
